Measurements (L"xW"xH"): 23" (without the drop down leaf) and 46.5" (with the drop down leaf up) x 17" x 30" (without sewing machine on the tabletop) and 38" (with the sewing machine up on the tabletop and ready to go)
Condition (Ratings range from Excellent, Great, Good, OK/Fair, to Needs Love): OK/Fair. The wood veneer is chipping/cracking from two sides of the table. The sewing machine is in good condition, but has not been tested YET.
