Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available at checkout)
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for reliable delivery.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our coffee products, we do not accept returns on coffee.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.
